How it runs

The four weeks

Week 1Get your bearings, and pick the job

Start with one thing you keep redoing by hand — you need something concrete to build in week one. We measure how it runs today so you have a yardstick, and you learn which jobs are worth automating at all.

  • What today's AI is genuinely good at, and where it quietly makes things up
  • Writing instructions that get you the same answer twice
  • Choosing a job worth automating, and one that is not
Week 2Plug AI into the tools you already use

The week AI stops being a chat window. You connect your own systems to a workflow and watch it work on real jobs instead of things you paste in by hand.

  • How AI tools actually connect to your systems — MCP, explained without the jargon
  • Connecting your mailbox, calendar and accounting to a live workflow
  • Why connecting beats copy-pasting: fewer mistakes, and far less of your customer data moving around
Week 3Keep control: security, privacy and approvals

The week most people skip, and the one that decides whether you can actually let this near a customer. What the AI sees, what it may do, and how you prove it later.

  • What never to paste into a chatbot, and what "we train on your data" actually means
  • Least access: giving a workflow only the permission that one job needs, and taking it back
  • Approvals and an audit trail — who signed off on what, and showing it to an accountant or an auditor
Week 4Make it stick, and keep going without us

We measure the same job again and hand you the difference in your own numbers. By now the fourth workflow is easier than the first — you keep what you built, and you keep building.

  • Your before-and-after, in hours and volume rather than vibes
  • What to do when it gets something wrong — and how to spot it before your customer does
  • Where to point it next — you leave able to build these on your own, as many as you want

FAQ

Before you take a seat

What does it cost, exactly?

$499 for a seat, and that includes 30 days of Kommit. The 30 days runs out about a week after the cohort ends, so you get to use what you built before deciding anything. After that it's a paid subscription, and we'll tell you the price well before you have to choose.

I'm not techy at all. Is this for me?

Yes — that's who it's built for. We show you each step live and you follow along in plain English; there's no code and nothing to install. Ask questions in the chat at any point, and every session ends with open Q&A.

When exactly does it run, and can I make it?

We start on Monday 5 October 2026, then run the following three Mondays — 5, 12, 19 and 26 October 2026. Start times go out with your joining link once the cohort closes. Every session is recorded, so missing one is not the end of it.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are recorded and you'll get the recording, but the building happens live — that's the part worth turning up for. If you miss one, come to the next with what you have and we'll catch you up. Because sessions are recorded and shared with the room, bring an example with names and personal details removed.

What if it sends something wrong to a customer?

It can't send without you. Every message stops at an approval step — Kommit emails you the draft and waits. You approve it, edit it, or skip it.

What happens to my workflows afterwards?

They're yours. They run in your own tools on your own accounts, and we hand over how they were built so you or anyone else can change them.

How many workflows do I get to build?

As many as you want. We start you on one in week one because you need something concrete to learn on, and because measuring a single job is what proves the thing worked. After that there is no cap — most people have two or three running by week four, and the point of the four weeks is that you can keep building them long after the cohort ends.

Do I need to know what MCP is?

No — week two is where you find out. It's simply the standard way an AI tool gets access to your mailbox, calendar or accounting without you pasting things into a chat window. You'll use it rather than study it, and you'll understand why it matters for keeping your customer data where it belongs.

Is a week really enough on security?

It's enough to stop the mistakes that actually happen: pasting customer records into a public chatbot, handing a tool far more access than its job needs, and having no record of who approved what. You leave with a checklist you can apply to any AI tool, not just ours.

My business is more complicated than this.

Then the cohort may be the wrong shape. If your work crosses several systems, involves compliance or audit obligations, or needs a team trained behind it, our consultants build alongside you instead.
