Platform / Workflow builder

Build the workflow the way you'd explain it.

A visual canvas with fourteen kinds of step: read from your tools, ask a model, call an MCP tool, run code, call an API, loop over a list, pause for a person. Test it on real inputs, then publish it.

What you get

Built in. Nothing to configure.

Steps

Fourteen kinds of step

Input, output, model, knowledge retrieval, app action, custom API, MCP tool, code, template, logic (including the approval gate), shared state, loop, sub-workflow, and a default message. Enough to build the job; not a programming language.

Model step

Agent mode with a ceiling

Give a model step tools and a maximum number of steps and dollars. It works the problem until it is done or hits the ceiling, and can fall back to a second model.

Assistant

Chat edits the canvas

Describe a change in plain words and the canvas assistant adds or rewires the steps. You still see every step it made.

Testing

Test runs and batch CSV

Run one input, or a spreadsheet of them, before anything goes live. Failed rows land in a dead-letter list you can retry.

Publishing

Readiness gate and publish requests

A workflow with a missing credential or an unwired step cannot publish. Workspaces that want two sets of eyes can require a publish request.

Versions

Draft, published, environments

Autosaved drafts, a published version, and development, staging, and production environments with their own credentials.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

  1. Start from a blank canvas or a recipePick the trigger: a question, a form, a file, a schedule, a webhook, or an incoming email.
  2. Wire the stepsDrag steps on, connect them, and set what each one reads and writes. The canvas refuses cycles and mismatched connections as you go.
  3. Put a person where it mattersAdd an approval step before anything leaves the business. Set who approves and how long they have.
  4. Test, then publishRun it on real inputs. When the readiness gate is green, publish and pick how it is reached.
